The interaction offered a fascinating opportunity to explore the *Finnish Education System, its philosophy, strengths and the lessons it holds for educators across the world.

Even primary-school teachers are expected to possess advanced academic qualifications. **Teacher autonomy** is an important feature, allowing educators the freedom to exercise professional judgment within a nationally defined framework.
